The Behar Group (TBG) has built a strong team with a culture that is unique to the

Since 1992, TBG has been actively involved on all levels in land, commercial, industrial,
office, mixed-use and investment real estate throughout the Golden Horseshoe.
TBG operates out of two locations: 1170 Sheppard Ave., W., Unit 24, Toronto, ON M3K
2A3 and 30 Duncan St., Unit 201, Toronto, ON M5V 2C3.

TBG is a ‘boutique’ brokerage, big enough to be well respected by our brokerage
colleagues, and the development and institutional real estate communities, yet small
enough to maintain close, hands-on relationships with our clients. We have assembled
a team of highly motivated brokers, salespeople and support staff with comprehensive
product knowledge and strong communication skills. TBG is known for being ahead of the
curve in market knowledge, trend forecasting and project vision.
